BEE Codes of Good Practice introduced in 2007 under the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Act, have made it possible for Buyolo Business Advisory Services and other organisations to keep track of their BEE score by using the set performance indicators which are uniform across all organisations.We see this Act as way of promoting transformation which is an integral way of doing business and growing the economy. Internal stakeholders such as staff members and those external such as clients, board members, suppliers, business partners and the community at large are important in the successful implementation of the Act.

Empowerment and transformation is important to Buyolo. We have assisted various organisations to improve their empowerment credentials and to achieve BEE targets.

As measured by EmpowerdexBuyolo has received a satisfactory score. It is a "Level Three Contributor" based on the level of the Broad-Based BEE Codes of Good Practice for the period 17 August 2011 to 16 August 2012.
